Autism and ADHD Assessment
The comprehensive ADHD & autism evaluation helps a client determine if they meet criteria for autism/ADHD and provides a detailed written report of the assessment process, diagnoses, and recommendations.
Wanting to seek accommodations at work or school? Comprehensive assessment may be a good fit!
The evaluation process costs $250/hr.
Typically, the total cost for a comprehensive evaluation ranges between $2,500-$3,500. This number is an estimate and total cost may vary depending on a variety of factors. If you’re looking to obtain a formal assessment report with a diagnosis and treatment recommendations, the cost will factor in the clinician’s writing time.
I don’t bill insurance, but I am able to provide a superbill after services are paid for in full if you wish to seek out of network benefits from your insurance.
What’s the process?
A combined autism/ADHD assessment will be at least four appointments. A non-diagnostic screening/self-discovery consultation will be one 50-minute session.
When folks start an assessment, we start with an intake session where we'll do a clinical interview and schedule our other appointments. I send out some questionnaires to fill out at this step. Next, we'd schedule a time for the diagnostic interview (I use the MIDGAS 2), this appointment usually takes a couple hours. A couple weeks later, we'd have a feedback session where I go over my assessment and talk about next steps.
