OCD Skills and Process Group
What to ExpectReady to find some relief from your OCD symptoms in a supportive group setting? Join us for our 12 week group exploring I-CBT for OCD.
❋ Intentional Structure
Each week we will teach one of the modules from I-CBT, and have time for questions and group discussion. Can’t make the call? The teaching portion will be recorded.
By learning I-CBT in a group environment, you will gain a deeper understanding of the ways that OCD can present. Learning about how others experience OCD can help us better understand our own experience!
❋ Evidence-Based
I-CBT is a treatment for OCD with studies showing that most participants experience a significant reduction in symptoms and improved quality of life. By learning the ways that obsessional doubts are created, clients can come to realize their irrelevance to everyday life.
❋ Expert Facilitation
Maggie Stang (LMFT) and Haley Jones (LMHC) are licensed therapists based in Washington State who specialize in neurodivergent care, including OCD treatment.
❋ Ongoing Resource
Each participant will receive life-long access to an online I-CBT course. Going forward, clients can use the online resource to continue to use I-CBT skills and knowledge, even after the group is over.
